CMOS影像偵測器量測系統

本系統提供各種絕對照度與功率之單色或全光譜均勻光源。藉由積分球的功能產生的均勻光源,及設計精良的光源箱可提供均勻光源達14mm直徑及均勻三色光源(R.G.B)。 本套系統可提供波長,功率及照度的全功能自動控制量測。 達到需要的待測物光源波長、照度及功率的量測。 本系統由積分球、光譜儀、微電流計及電腦控制為主要元件，搭配獨家開發之控制光學軟體，在簡易的操作介面之下，降低色溫誤差，提高測試準確度。並可達到自行校正波長及照度校正功能。 選用本系統進行光源相關研發工作之客戶包括已有科學園區多家廠商。
This system using 50mm or 500mm diameter integrating spheres designed to provide exceptionally uniform luminance light. Luminance output is variable from 50 to 6000 nits and uniform is greater than 99%. V(λ)match detector mounted on the main sphere monitors the luminance at the exit port aperture. This system also could offer the mono-light from 350-1100nm at specify luminance and radiance at the surface of the integrating sphere ports, or the luminance and radiance at the specify distance from the port of the sphere.
